Cheap, effective eczema relief

Good morning! Ooh, it's a lovely day here - the sun is shining, the squirrels are skipping around the garden... the blossoms are out...

Thus meaning our little lad has excema on the back of his legs. It seems to crop up in the little folds - ankles, behind the knees etc.

It seems to be heat related thing, and looks really sore.

I've googled 'baby excema' and lots of expensive creams come up. None of them seem to offer help with the heat side of things, though.

Having asked my mum, she recommended good, old fashioned calamine lotion. It has worked wonders, and I've put it on his legs before bed and an hour after putting on a cheap emollient (Superdrug own brand).

So far, so good!

The calamine lotion was 78p from Tesco, although I'm sure you can get it cheaper for such a basic product.

It has saved us a fortune on trial-and-error excema creams!

Give it a go, if the heat's too much for their little legs.
